G’day Cobblers

A very enjoyable time in Melbourne seeing Brisbane Excelsior achieve a very well deserved hat trick of national titles, winning the Hymn, set test and own choice test, coming third in the March. Can’t believe this guys that I heard most of the performances (must be getting old) and there was only one winner - very classy.

Not getting too old to sink a few ambers in celebration afterwards though.

9th April - woke up with headache but had a good day seeing the sites of Melbourne.

10th April - Flew to Brisbane on a two hour flight, then onto Club Ridler”s on the outskirts of Brisbane.

11th April - Beautiful sunny day (haven’t had a bad one yet) going down to the Gold Coast about 100 k”s to Surfers Paradise.

We have booked to stay in Jupiters Casino tonight to take in a show.
